Who so big and strong as Super Mario want to be, which must eat a lot and delicious. My wife (the beauty, you know who I mean), this would probably describe einwenig different. "... Those who like Super Mario least 10 pounds too much to want to wear stout body with it, it should emulate him ...":-))

But let it come, we much prefer to my beloved Turkish appetizers: The meze ".

Meze, both cold and hot appetizers are. My favorites are the delicious cold dishes, which I would like to report at this point.

The possibilities of selection of different appetizers which are much, if it were up to Super Mario the following specialties but would be perfectly adequate. And if it is not a physical or shall I say anatomical boundary exist, I would probably feed kilos of it :-))

My orders are as follows: first

Haydari: This is a "Süzme" Yoghurt (by the way, did you know that the yogurt was invented in Turkey?), Which contains 10% fat. There are also fresh mint, feta cheese, lemon juice and olive oil einwenig.

second Antep ezmesi: A fiery, to say beastly hot sauce (as the raki flows in streams), consisting of chopped peppers, chopped onion, green pepper, red pepper paste, tomato paste, lemon juice, salt, sugar, thyme, chopped parsley, mint and olive oil-is a pleasure, my absolute favorite!

third Havuç ezmesi: Here is a cream, which in turn consists Süzme yoghurt, finely grated carrots, lemon juice, sugar, salt, pepper and olive oil. A delicacy!

4th Cacik: It is based on the yogurt you Süzme already known, then this in combination with chopped cucumber, and salt, pepper, lemon juice, olive oil, dill and mint. Refreshing and delicious!

course is served with the starters fresh bread, you can choose between white bread or pita.

If I'm in Istanbul, then for me there is mainly two kebab restaurants in which I associate to incorporate this delicious food to me. First, this is the "Komsu" Located in Nisantasi and the other is the "Kösebasi ( www.kosebasi.com.tr ) of which it distributes several restaurants in Istanbul are. The food there is top notch, the Raki first class excellent and this is the middle of a setting.

Maybe see you there soon once again. Super Mario and just ask you to be helped. However, you can also follow your ear. For where the noise level is highest, would not Super Mario be far :-))
